四集系列纪录片《阿拉善人与骆驼的故事》采用影像人类学的考察纪录方式，以阿拉善左旗的养驼牧民为拍摄对象，真实再现了沙漠牧区传统生产、生活方式中最具特色的“驼盐”、“转场”和“家庭那达慕”内容；细致描绘了阿拉善牧民在漫长的生活岁月和艰苦的生产劳动中与骆驼的深厚情感；深刻揭示了人与自然相互尊重、相互依存、相互促进的草原（沙漠）生态伦理观。
